Lachenmeire & New Line Installation

We were recently tasked with the removal of outdated equipment and the installation of a new Lachenmeire system as part of a production line upgrade. With limited space, tight deadlines, and strict safety protocols in place, this project required careful planning and round-the-clock coordination. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure a smooth and efficient installation.

For this project, we:

• Safely removed existing equipment and security fencing
• Maintained operational integrity of surrounding processes during removal
• Navigated extremely tight working space using carefully selected lifting plant
• Enforced strict personnel/plant segregation throughout the works
• Installed the new Lachenmeire and production line equipment
• Worked 24/7 in coordination with OEM support to meet the project deadline

The biggest challenges for this project were the tight physical constraints of the site, limited access for lifting equipment, and a very short installation window. We overcame these challenges by operating a 24/7 schedule, working in close coordination with the OEM’s technical team, and maintaining strict site controls to ensure safety and efficiency at every stage of the project to ensure a successful outcome.
