Diamond Responsive Engineering’s (formerly TFL Responsive Engineering) head office resides within the Diamond Group site in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, and works both with individual clients and as part of Diamond Group’s true turnkey service offering. We also have offices in Teesside and the East Midlands, enabling us to deliver our services across the UK.
We bring a comprehensive range of services to industry, including site installation, steel erecting, fabrication & welding, and maintenance. Our highly skilled team of professionals have extensive experience in installing and erecting a wide range of products from complex mechanical equipment to large-scale industrial structures.

James Pursglove
James has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry in both the private and public sector. Under his tenure the company has gone from strength to strength and has grown into a reputable site engineering service company with a wide base of clients including some major multinationals.

Liam Sellers
Liam joined the company towards the end of 2019. He is an apprentice trained mechanical engineer possessing a diversity of technical and manual skills. He has over 10 years’ experience working within the industry from design to project management with a demonstrated history in the construction, mechanical, structural, mining & nuclear sectors. Liam is now the Operations Manager of TFL and looks after all our workforce for current and upcoming jobs ensuring all requirements for the project are met.

Darren Leach
Darren joined the company in 2014 as our Construction Manager, apprentice trained with over 30 years’ experience within a fabrication and structural environment, he has managed many high-profile construction projects including Nuclear, Renewable Energy, Aggregates and Retail. IOSH trained he is also responsible for the group’s health & safety measures alongside our H&S consultant.

Stuart Moran
Stuart leads our mechanical division and has over 20 years' experience in various engineering sectors from blue chip FMCG companies to power generation, and more. City & Guilds fully indentured apprenticeship with management experience & qualifications, with a broad knowledge in Engineering.

Natasha Stenton-Rodgers
Natasha is a IRCA ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor who has worked for TFL since 2014, starting in an administration role and has since progressed through the company. She is responsible for our quality processes and systems, ensuring that we are compliant with the required standards and regulations. She also oversees other key functions including payroll, training and inspections. During her free time she loves family history and genealogy.

Nigel Stafford
Nigel joined us in 2019 after moving into Business Development for the previous 15 years with a diverse base including Nuclear, Aerospace, Defence, Rail, Power and more recently structural steel sectors across England and Europe. Prior to this, Nigel has over 40 years' experience as a mechanical engineer in a metals manufacturing environment.

Joe Dagless
Joe is an apprentice trained fully coded plater/welder who also possess his CSWIP 3.0 for visual weld inspections. Joe has been with our company throughout his working career and is SMSTS trained. Joe is responsible for all site operations involving on the ground fabrication/welding and installations, ensuring all health & safety as well as quality standards are implemented. Joe is currently doing a Team leading level 3 apprenticeship to continue his progression and enhance his skills within TFL Responsive Engineering.

Craig Barry
Craig has over 30 years’ experience as a steel erector within the construction industry. He has delivered a key role as our construction site manager during our works package in North Yorkshire, erecting over 3000T of steel in an 18 month period.
